Here's how to order: Click here for a printable order form. Just fill out the form with all the necessary information, enclose a check or money order, and mail to: Concepts in Clay, P.O. Box 510, Oakland, ME 04963. If you are unable to print out the order form, just type or hand write your order and send it to us. Maine residents, be sure to add sales tax. We do our best to ship all orders as promptly as possible, but we suggest that you allow 2 - 4 weeks for deliverey. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will gladly exchange your merchandise or refund the amount of your order (less shipping and handling charges) within 30 days of the original purchase date.
